Lauren Ash Morgan is co-founder and artistic director of Speech of Fire, a young theatre company. Between 2014 and the year 2019, she was the artistic director of Seoul Shakespeare Company. As the Artistic Director for SSC she also was the company's producer costume/set designer composer/music director and text coach. Though generally leading from within the group of actors, in her final year she was the first director (and lighting designer) for the company's King Lear.
